The Great Pumpkin Plunge

Get ready to dive into spooky season at the Great Pumpkin Plunge on October 28, 2024, hosted by the Jacksonville Parks and Rec Aquatics Department! This thrilling event invites children ages 3-12 to jump into the Community Center pool and dive for small pumpkins floating on the water. After collecting their pumpkins, they can trade them for a larger one from the Pumpkin Patch to take home. It’s a fun and festive way to kick off Halloween. Since the Explorer has a standard class III Trailer tow package, it has a 5,000-pound maximum towing capacity to carry as many pumpkins as you want!

Hosted by Jacksonville Parks and Recreation, Trunk or Treat takes place on Thursday, October 31st, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. This family-friendly event invites everyone to park their cars, pop open their trunks, and fill them with candy and treats for kids to enjoy.
